CoinCrate Bot: Terms of Service

Welcome to CoinCrate! By adding CoinCrate to your Discord server, interacting with the bot, or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CoinCrate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bot.

2. Purpose of the Bot

CoinCrate is designed to provide an entertainment-focused virtual economy, gaming, and social interaction experience within Discord servers. It offers virtual currency, games, trading, leveling, and achievements for recreational purposes only.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

• No Real-World Value: All virtual currencies (CoinCrate Coins, CoinCrate Crypto Coins) and virtual items (from the shop or inventory) within CoinCrate have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the bot's intended functionality.
• Non-Transferable: Virtual currencies and items are non-transferable outside of the bot's internal trading system and are tied to your Discord User ID.
• No Refunds: All purchases, bets, and transactions within the bot are final. There are no refunds for virtual currency or items lost, spent, or otherwise consumed.
• Balance Adjustments: The bot owner reserves the right to adjust virtual currency balances or item quantities in cases of bot errors, exploits, or malicious activity, at their sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use CoinCrate responsibly and ethically. You must not:

• Attempt to exploit any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bot to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use any third-party software, scripts, or automation tools that interact with the bot in a way not intended by its design.
• Engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized access to the bot's data.
• Use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users through the bot's features (e.g., excessive trade offers, profile comments).
• Impersonate the bot owner, administrators, or other users.
• Attempt to disrupt the bot's operation or the experience of other users.

5. Data Storage and Accuracy

CoinCrate stores certain user-specific data (e.g., balances, inventory, XP, level, transaction history, trade offers) to provide its features. For details on what data is collected and how it's used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

While we strive for accuracy, the bot's data may occasionally be subject to errors or inconsistencies. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to such inaccuracies.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: CoinCrate is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will be available 24/7, error-free, or free from interruptions.
• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or accuracy of the bot's features, including game outcomes, currency fluctuations, or data integrity.
• No Liability for Loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the bot.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through an announcement in our support server or via other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CoinCrate, or any of its features, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
